Sales Representative

What you’ll do
The Sales Representative will lead efforts to define, document and execute implementations of the Blast platform and services, as well as manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery targets are met or exceeded. You will also support client programs, collaborating with other team members to provide best practice solutions and services to ensure program success.

More specifically you’ll

  • Cultivate strong relationships with prospective customers
  • Identify and engage prospective customers via web, phone and email
  • Qualify prospects and manage a pipeline to close
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Develop and communicate in-depth knowledge of the market, products and benefits
  • Perform effective demos of Blast platform and services
  • Close sales, impact sales results, and achieve monthly quotas
  • Accurately report on activity related to customer interactions via the CRM

What we are looking for

  • Self-starter who wants to jump in and make things happen
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and listening skills
  • Self-assured, results driven, and outgoing
  • Adaptable and able to manage time effectively
  • Capacity for building relationships both internally and externally
  • Professional, fast and eager learner
  • 1-4 years of experience in sales (software and/or hospitality a plus)
  • An undergraduate degree in business or engineering
